Sous Le Vegetal is a project of Jason Ligas and Patrick Boujo making a variety of cuvees working with the variety that the Greek island of Samos is famous for: Muscat Blanc a Petit Grains.


The Octave Blanc Cuvee is fermented in a mixture of Amphora and new oak with  maceration on skins.
