Sabi Wabi is Peta Kotz, a Hunter Native fresh off the back of vintages both at home and abroad - making wine in the Hunter Valley & Burgundy. The wines are all about 'seeking beauty through imperfection' adopting traditional methods to a fairly established region. The results are exquisite, exciting natural wines made with care.
