Phillipe Bornard Le Ginglet 2018

The Foxy winemaker who starred in the French version of "The Farmer Wants a Wife", now a big-ticket item in the natural wine world, produces some amazing wines from Arbois-Pupillin and Côte du Jura.

Trousseau, the other native varietal from the natural Mecca of Jura, takes centre stage here. It is light, breezy, bubblegum, performance that will leave you a true believer. Whack in a decanter just before drinking to whip off that Grand Funk Railroad vibe, and just enjoy all that plush red fruit. Tried to hold putting this up, but here we go, have at it!
