Chardonnay & pinot meunier pet nat made with careful consideration and with the utmost attention to detail. A little carbonic maceration for some pop, and patient work in the winery to minimise pop (as in these won't gush everywhere when opened!) Lightly savoury and complex, a great first time fizz from the very talented Jordan Hein of Moorak.
