Vignoble Mingot is a third generation winery in Bordeaux fronted by Julien Mingot, who is charging ahead with interesting wine styles, as well as razor-sharp sustainable focus.
Merlot with a dash of franc lift this extremely well-crafted Bordeaux rosé. Set sail through the harbour with a glass of this in hand, or drink with a lox bagel in a Marrickville carpark. Good times either way.
