Mas Candí is: Ramon Jané, Mercè Cuscó, Toni Carbó, and Ana Serra: family farmers from Catalunya who since 2006 have farmed naturally, eliminating all chemicals and focussing on local and often forgotten varieties.
The Quatre is biodynamically farmed Xarel.lo from three vineyards planted 1955, 1956, and 1971. The juice from three specific sites spends a day on skins then is split into a steel tank, a chestnut barrel, an acacia barrel, and a French oak barrel and aged for 8 months before bottling.
