Kyatt Dixon makes wine from a few vineyards he looks after in Mount Gambier predominantly now. He never filters, fines or uses sulfur. His wines are expressive, wide eyed, and full of energy, much like the winemaker.

Direct pressed and barrel aged (two barriques) Pinot noir (clone MV6) growing in terra rossa over limestone soils providing linear acid and minerality that cuts through the percurrent wild strawberry fruit.
