Kyatt Dixon makes wine from a few vineyards he looks after in Mount Gambier predominantly now. He never filters, fines or uses sulfur. His wines are expressive, wide eyed, and full of energy, much like the winemaker.

Again, from the same Moorak vineyard, this time D5V12 clone from the front block, destemmed and macerated for 5 days before pressing to stainless steel tank to optimise purity and clarity. A lighter style pinot balancing delicate fruit, minerality and acid. Very drinkable pinot at 12.4% alc.
