Kyatt Dixon makes unfiltered, unfined sulphur free wine from a few vineyards he looks after in Mount Gambier. His wines are expressive, wide eyed, and full of energy, much like the winemaker.

We were super excited to have the opportunity to expand on the fruit from this iconic Limestone Coast Biodynamic vineyard to include a modest amount of Chardonnay. Pressed directly to old french barriques, the wine is a true reflection of the windswept coastal site, the vines growing in sand over limestone giving a mineral clarity driven by the perennially energetic backbone common to wines throughout the region.
