Notes from Limus:
We were super excited to have the opportunity to expand on the fruit from this iconic Limestone Coast Biodynamic vineyard to include a modest amount of Chardonnay. Pressed directly to old french barriques, the wine is a true reflection of the windswept coastal site, the vines growing in sand over limestone giving a mineral clarity driven by the perennially energetic backbone common to wines throughout the region.
