Les & Sez is a very cute and lively project from Tim Stock (Les Fruits) and Sarah Feehan (Parley) - with the focus being unbridled love in the winery - see what happens when wine is left to flourish and do it what it wants. The results are exciting, vibrant and ultimately delicious.

This wine had us spinning from the start. 100% Whole bunch Grenache left to its own
Carbonic devices for as long as possible. Basket pressed directly to one old barrique.

Hazy, cherry red. Pomelo, ripe plum, cherries and purple fig. Baking spice plus a higher-toned element lurking. The 100% whole bunch is perfectly integrated providing soft, rounde tannins and underlying freshness. Wild berries and spiced plums. Displays lovely purity despite sitting on the funkier side of the fence.
