Jared Dixon kinda looks like Pablo Escobar, and funnily enough his wines are also very addictive, but he gives off “solid mate” vibes, as opposed to “drug kingpin” ones. He is based up in Clunes, NSW and has brought out a whole swathe of world class wines, utilising absolute gems of untouched vineyards.
Stephanie says this skinsy savvy/chard mix will have you waiting for your man with 37 dollars in your hand. It's bright and refreshing, with a suze-like-bitter-tonic edge to it's tropical foundations. Drink cold in a printed romper.
