Apricity - means 'The Warmth of the Winter Sun' - and these pretty, exuberant and thirst-quenching wines do offer much chilled sunshine, enveloped in the psychedelic artworks of Mikaela Stafford's labels.
Pinot from Dixon's vineyard, in the Yarra. Half whole-bunchy carbonic good times, then left on lees and what not for six months. A bit more of the savoury, complex, earthy and wild style for the Pinot, it actually delivers as most complex of the group of wines.
