Citrus peel scents, some green herbs, dash of dried apricot, ginger and bergamot. The palate is sweet-feeling dry wine. There’s a grind of chalky tannin, slash of tangerine and a underlaying acidity. It’s fresh, fun, easy to drink. Unfiltered, unfined.
