COVID has destroyed Nanny's livelihood, let's help get her stoke back.

Over the last 15 years, Nanny Karen has rented out her home, living in a small batch out the back, to make ends meet, plus working as an early childhood teacher.

She has slogged her guts out, turning the family home into a suitable accommodation business, constantly re-investing to keep up with the competition. However, the last two years have decimated the tourism industry with NZ's strict lockout laws, especially for small-time players like Nanny. She has gone back to full-time teaching but has limited time, energy and savings to re-invest in her business. With borders opening up and the first busy Winter season in years approaching, she needs a bit of a headstart to keep up with a quickly developing market that sees a lot of big fish in a small pond.

We have some targets to meet, which should help get her back into the game:

$1k-$5,000 - Minor repairs to the house, fresh linen, pest control, re-stocks of consumables.

$5k-$10,000 - Professional photos done for the Airbnb website, consult with a social media planner and small marketing campaigns.
