Gentle Folk Village Pinot Noir 2020
Gareth and Rainbo Belton hung up the scuba gear in 2015, leaving behind a prolific career in marine biology, studying all kinds of seaweed and algae, to pursue a life in wine, in the heart of the Basket Range, Adelaide Hills. Every vintage their story gets told in a more refined and elegant style, the wines shine through as insightful and refreshing postcards from the beautiful sites they lovingly tend to. They now look after three vineyards, all of which are farmed organically, with no additions to the wines bar a touch of sulphur at bottling.
Some words from Gentle Folk on this release:
"A blend of all our estate vineyards, this release is light and youthful with wonderfully integrated silky tannins and acidity...perfect for those long summer lunches!"
