Frankly, Bob Made This Ruby Rosé 2021
Bob and the Colman family, including young wunderkind son, Tom have been producing their own brand of natural wine out of their shed for a wee while now. They source fruit from nearby vineyards and guide it carefully to bottle with no additions. The results are cult classic wines that have become more refined every vintage.
Notes from the Colmen:
Our take on a winter rose, hello tannin and texture. Cabernet sauvignon rose fermented on riesling skins, blended with carbonic macerated primitivo. Citrus woody tropical fruit, strawberry balsamic, redcurrant, slatey herbal nuances & juicaaayyyyy fruit. In the running for our best rose yet.
