Les Fruits is the brainchild of Tim Stock, the man responsible for bringing all of the best Georgian wine into the country through Vinous imports. His own wines under this label never cease to amaze, and every vintage is a steady step forward with the envelope.

Burgundy-grade grapes, 10 months on lees, unfiltered, unfined, unbelievable. Although it is frisky, it has great richness and weight, salted grapefruit skirt the edges of the palate while plush honeydew and lemon curd draw it all together. Classy stuff.
