This tart cherry bomb is California Sun in a bottle. The lithe, panther crawl of the Valdiguié grape delivers fine acid structure as well as a smooth finish, with a little extra bottle age the tertiary characters are starting to come through with a little tobacco box and pantry spice, delicious stuff indeed.
