A special amber Chardonnay made for us by Mallaluka Wines based in the Canberra region. This is a medium weight orange wine designed for frivolity in the summer months but with great structure and crunch to pair with food or just to drink in the park all year round. Juicy doses of fresh papaya, guava and nectarine skin and a very satisfying dry and saline finish. This is our house orange, endorsed by Gary B who wishes he could bottle a feeling and represents exceptional value for a hand made wine. SPILL ON!
