Ceppaillo make outstanding, vibrant wines from their tiny one hectare plot nestled away in Tuscany. They age in alternative vessels like concrete, and all with minimal sulfur.
This is a robust, spicy and energising rosé, little hits of dried cranberry with revitalising tannins and great punch. This is the Scott Walker of rosé, so if someone is after a slammin salmon southern french style, this ain't it! Turn the volume up and get freaky.
